Welcome to Gabriel Bay!
For years we have been searching for a special property on the lake. We’ve looked at multiple lakes but it wasn’t until last summer that we discovered Lake Hartwell. We took a few vacations here and fell in love with the lake and the adorable town. This is our favorite picture from Lake Hartwell that summer.
It took some time and a great realtor but we finally found it. We liked the house but knew there were several changes we would want to make, but we loved the property. We were on the fence the day we looked at it, but then we drove down the road past the house to discover we were the last house on the street and the rest was undeveloped Corps property. We saw a couple walking their dog and stopped to talk to them and she grew up in the area and told us how quiet and peaceful it was out here. She was absolutely right…we are in love. Our main purpose for this property is to be a generational home…a home where our boys can make memories as little boys but bring their families here years from now. Here is a picture we took the day we looked at the property that we plan to reenact in 20 years.
